Do I need a navigation license?

We have boats that do not require a navigation license. Another option is to sail with a skipper if you don’t have a license. If the boat requires a license, a photo will suffice.

Can I hire a skipper?

Yes, contact us, and we will connect you with a skipper whom you can pay directly on the day of departure, without our mediation.

What documents are needed to book a boat?

Our team will verify your ID/NIE/Passport and your license if the boat requires it (a photo is sufficient).

How long does it take to confirm a booking?

Depending on the type of boat rented, the type of license, and the sea conditions, we will guide you on your best options when handing over the boat.

Do I need to pay in advance?

A minimum payment of 100 euros is required to confirm the booking and secure the boat. In some cases, this will cover the total rental cost, while in others, it will be a partial payment to be settled on the day of departure.

Is a deposit required?

If you rent a boat with a skipper, no deposit is needed. If you rent a boat without a skipper, a deposit is required; the amount depends on the boat, and you can check it in the boat’s description.

Can I cancel if the weather is bad?

If the sea conditions are dangerous or it rains, we will propose another departure date; if customers are unavailable, the amount already paid will be refunded.

Can I pay in cash?

It depends on the boat; generally, yes. Contact us to confirm. A down payment is always required to confirm the booking.
